Brussels sprouts resemble mini cabbages. A member of the Brassicaceae family of vegetables and are closely related to kale, cauliflower, and mustard greens.

Brussels sprouts are highly nutritious and also easy to cook, You can serve them as a main or side dish. Toss this in good quality oils, season it with salt, pepper and rosemary and roast for 20 minutes at 200°C and this will just taste so good! 

How to eat savoy cabbage? 
You can eat it raw, pickled, fermented, or cooked.
Raw savoy cabbage isn't as crunchy as green cabbage, it retains its texture better when cooked, whereas green cabbage tends to turn a bit mushy.

Brussels sprouts are especially rich in vitamin K, which is necessary for blood clotting and bone health.

They’re also high in vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps promote iron absorption and is involved in tissue repair and immune function.

What’s more, their high fiber content helps support regularity and gut health.

In addition to the nutrients above, Brussels sprouts contain small amounts of vitamin B6, potassium, iron, thiamine, magnesium, and phosphorus.
