How to cook Brussels sprouts?
Brussels sprouts are highly nutritious and also easy to cook, You can serve them as a main or side dish. Toss this in good quality oils, season it with salt, pepper and rosemary and roast for 20 minutes at 200°C and this will just taste so good!

Brussels sprouts are especially rich in vitamin K, which is necessary for blood clotting and bone health.
