Clearspring Gluten Free Organic Soya Mince is a quick cook vegetarian protein which can be used in a multitude of recipes instead of meat. Whole soya beans are simply cold pressed to remove their oil content then steamed under pressure to form chunks and finally dried. With a tender yet substantial texture it is extremely versatile and will take on the flavour of whatever dish you are cooking.

How to use:

To rehydrate: Add product to boiling water or stock and soak for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Use as a vegan meat alternative in a variety of dishes.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Reseal pack after use. Once rehydrated store refrigerated and use within 2 days.
