How to Cook?
Mix with your everyday white rice to add more nutritional value.
If it's your first time, use 30 - 50g of the glutenous millet for 150g of white rice.
- Rince off the glutenous millet and soak for 20 to 30 minutes
- Mix with soaked white rice and cook as usual. ( no need to add extra water)
Why Glutinous Millet?
Glutenous millet contains phosphonium, potassium and iron that helps promote blood circulation. It's low in calories and contains about twice as much zinc as white rice.
Where Is It From?
