Our sprouted/activated process (soaking & dehydrating) helps reduce FODMAP content by leaching out some of those tricky carbs — Monash recognizes small serves of activated cashews (around 10 nuts / 15g) as low FODMAP! 🌟 Portion size still matters — start small to see how your body responds.
