*As our beloved Maria Saltiri had to relocate to another country, FoodCraft's Founder Shima Shimizu will be hosting this class with Maria's very own recipe to keep the authentic Greek element.
Learn how to cook traditional greek dishes at FoodCraft. A Mediterranean grandmother's traditional Greek-cooking knowledge combined with Shima Shimizu and her passion, the healthy twist will add a different dimension to your vegan cooking.
Fresh and seasonal. Greek dishes are tasty and healthy!
WHAT IS TSOUREKI?
Tsoureki is a Greek Easter bread that is soft, fluffy, with a stringy texture. Greek Easter bread has a full and rich flavor that comes from the two aromatic spices used in it. "Mastic" and "mahlab". If you do get a chance to find the Greek exotic spices, we do recommend you try the traditional recipe with these spices ( and we will share the recipe too!)
In this class, we will share the traditional recipe with a twist with some ingredients that you can find in your local stores so that you can bake a beautiful Tsoureki at home.
