We craft our sauerkraut in small batches, entirely by hand. We shred fresh organic cabbage and massage it with Himalayan Crystal Salt 🧂, then let it ferment in jars for several days. After the initial fermentation, it continues to mature at a low temperature until it’s perfectly tangy and ready to enjoy.
