Love the Kit! Highly Recommend to First Timers!

Comes in a nice packaging. Kit includes everything you need, everything is organic and premium, the SCOBY is thick and looks very nice, and steps are easy to follow.
Just wish there's more info on second fermentation, and ways to check if the fermented tea is good to go, such as ph strips?
