特純金標清酒譽國光

一頓比平時更加奢華的飯菜。

清純而乾燥，帶一點奢侈的譽國光。

天然精製的清酒。乾燥的風味使其很容易配搭任何菜式。

 

在加工過程中不使用任何添加劑，包括化學藥品、酸、酵素、脫氧劑。

 

100％山廢酵母用於發酵

 

山廢是在清酒過程中利用天然乳酸菌的傳統方法。

至於乳酸，在現代清酒中流行的方法是使用人造乳酸。在土田酒造廠，他們遵循傳統的方法，等待空氣中和壁上的天然乳酸落在酒中。

 

山廢是清酒釀造商蒸米飯並將其混合直至變成米粥質地的過程。通過“廢棄”，這意味著釀造商通過發酵過程自行完成。這將花費更長的時間，但這是一種更天然的清酒釀造方法。
