使用整粒杏仁（包括杏仁衣）製成的有機石磨純杏仁醬。在低溫下用磨石機研磨堅果，以保持完整營養成分。

 

好處：維他命E、鎂、纖維和蛋白質的來源。浸泡過程有助於去除堅果中天然存在的化學物質，如植酸和酶抑製劑，使其營養更容易消化和吸收，且有助於增強堅果的天然風味。杏仁催芽後，我們將堅果脫水24小時後再研磨，這過程是我們的杏仁醬口感順滑的關鍵。

 

食用建議：適合製作冰沙、作抹醬、蘸醬，或加入咖哩和燉菜作為增稠劑。可用作製作調料和醬汁或加入甜點，營造濃郁的風味。
